When used with the Interference skill, an EMP Charge can be tuned to selectively disable electronic components. This allows a trained agent to use an EMP to short circuit the alarm leads on a tumbler lock and then kick the door open, or wipe the security programs off a computer while leaving storage drives intact for the taking.
