You’ll trigger this task when you order dice from the novelty dicemaker in the Doomed Commercial Area. See the dicemaker’s entry on that page for more information about what she can make for you.

Walkthrough

When you place your order, the dicemaker will tell you that it will take her eight hours to craft your dice, but in reality it will take her the rest of the day. When you return the next day and pay her what you owe (7-10 real), she’ll give you the dice, and you’ll earn 10 xp for completing the task.
