Walkthrough

To complete this task, you’ll just need to research and internalize the thought Advanced Race Theory, and then return to Measurehead. No matter what you say to him, you’ll complete the task and earn 30 xp, and Measurehead will offer to let you into the harbor. But if you tell him that you’re going to stop drinking alcohol, and if you stick to your story when he doubts you, then you’ll also unlock the thought Waste Land of Reality.
