Cornelius’ Fortress – Divine Divinity

This guide will help you navigate Cornelius’ Fortress in Divine Divinity.

Area Overview

This fortress, like the other fortresses, is essentially a maze. The route to take is indicated by the white line on the map.

1 – Teleporter

The teleporter moves you between #1 and #1a.

2 – Teleporter

The teleporter moves you between #2 and #2a.

3 – Teleporter

The teleporter moves you between #3 and #3a. You’ll need to click on the lever at #5 to activate the teleporter.

4 – Teleporter

The teleporter moves you between #4 and #4a. You’ll need to click on the lever at #5 to activate the teleporter.

5 – Lever

Nothing will appear to happen when you click on the lever, but it will activate the teleporters at #3 and #4.

6 – Cornelius

When you approach the room, Cornelius will taunt you, and then he’ll charge at you. So back up the way you came so you’ll only have to face Cornelius, and then just whack away at him. Once he dies, you’ll receive 205,000 experience, and a portal will appear that will take you back to the main part of the dungeon. “NO! Rarrghh! You will not defeat us! Rarrrgghh!
