Treasure Maps – Divine Divinity

During the course of the game you’ll find four treasure maps. Once you’ve found the first one you’ll trigger a quest to find the other three, and then once you’ve found all four you’ll receive a quest to find the treasure.

Here is where you can find the four treasure maps:

Basically, the maps show a path in the Dark Forest starting at the Warrior’s Guild and leading to the cave where the treasure is. Plus, there’s a hint for what to do once you’re inside the cave: find three spheres and put them in a bowl. The spheres are actually crystal balls.

Treasure Cave Overview

1 – Stairs

They lead out of the cave.

2 – Sacrifice Bowl

This is where you should put the crystal balls (#9) when you find them. Once you’ve put all three inside a door will appear to the west.

3 – Door and Lever

When you pull the lever (#3a) you’ll unlock the door (#3).

4 – Door and Lever

When you pull the lever (#4a) you’ll unlock the door (#4).

5 – Door and Lever

When you pull the lever (#5a) you’ll unlock the door (#5).

6 – Door and Lever

When you pull the lever (#6a) you’ll unlock the door (#6).

7 – Door and Lever

When you pull the lever (#7a) you’ll unlock the door (#7).

8 – Composite Key

The two composite keys unlock chests in the treasure room (#11).

9 – Crystal Ball

10 – Shrine

When you click on the shrine the wall to the south will open, and a level 35 guardian named Falrog will appear and attack you.

11 – Treasure Room

You’ll find a bunch of gold and gems here, plus four chests. Two of the chests are locked, but you can unlock them with the composite keys (#8).

12 – Easter Egg Portal

If you’re carrying the correct items, you’ll be teleported to the Easter Egg area. This is covered in the Larian Armor entry in the Other Quests section.
