Depleted Ore Mine Walkthrough

This dungeon is accessed at #7 on the overview map. Considering that you have the quest to clear it out of enemies, you’ll need to face a bunch of imps, goblins and their leader. Start exploring the place, sweeping all the enemies you come across to.

At #2, you’ll find a section where you’ll need to jump up some platforms. At the higher tiles, there will be traps on the walls spitting fireballs, therefore place as far as you can to the corners of the platforms to avoid getting hit. After pushing the lever at the highest level, a chest will spawn at the bottom, where you began.

At #3, you’ll find an elevator that goes down two floors. On the lowest floor (press the down button twice), you’ll come across three books at #4. Take them and remember the candles they were near at (red – five, blue – three, dark – one). There are also two malachite veins nearby. You can save and reload before approaching the veins if you’re hunting malachite gems (the loot resets on reloads if you’re not too close to the vein).

Take one level up and proceed to #5, where you can place the books on the corresponding pedestals. A chest will appear with a lot of useful items.

In the end, the only thing that’s left to beat is Alutiiq (#6). Take the elevator to the top (starting floor) and make your way to him after a bunch of goblins and imps. He’ll drop his hunting trophy needed for Crabbe (Red Ore Alert) and the supplies for Wesson if he’s your enchanter (Short Supply).
