This is a quest available in the Cyseal region. You’ll receive this quest from Captain Aureus in Cyseal City (#1). This guide goes over each step for completion and any rewards that can be earned.

Walkthrough

Aureus will tell you that he sent some soldiers to investigate the church to the northeast of town, since it could be the source of the undead problem in the region. On your way there, you’ll run into Blossius and Livia (#2), who were a part of the ill-fated expedition, and who are now skeletons. Blossius will tell you that the entire expedition is dead, and that the church is overrun by necromancers and their creations. When you relay this information to Aureus, you’ll complete the quest and earn 600 xp.
