Overview

1 – Arrival

When you arrive at the tower’s peak from The Demon 2, you’ll have to do battle with a single Bearded Devil. If you avoid moving any of your characters, you may be able to take the outsider down without triggering anything from area #2.

2 – Ateriel

The evil is revealed as an Erinyes named Ateriel (and self-proclaimed “princess of Hell”). The she-devil will ask you to become her vassal, but unfortunately there’s no way to take her up on the offer. The only alternative? Combat.

In addition to facing Ateriel, you’ll have to deal with two Bearded Devils (or one, if you killed the other at area #1) and two Skeleton Warrior archers stationed around the outside perimeter at areas #3 and #4. If you can launch a Fireball immediately after the battle begins, you should be able to soften most of them up. The Bearded Devils have 38 hit points each and Ateriel has 79 hit points, so, unfortunately, it’s going to take more than that to bring them down.

When you finally manage to bring the lot of them down, you’ll be brought to the “End of Adventure” screen and this particular quest will be finished.

3 – Skeleton Warrior

One of two annoying undead archers that will fire arrows at you during the battle with Ateriel.

4 – Skeleton Warrior
