Brothers and Sons – Dragon Age: Origins Quest

This guide will walk you through the “Brothers and Songs” quest in Dragon Age: Origins. We will go through all the steps to complete this mission.

You can receive this quest from the chanter’s board in Redcliffe (which will only appear after you’ve saved the village from undead attacks).

Brothers and Songs

For this quest you’ll need to travel to the location named “Battlefield” on the world map, and check on the status of the conscripts in Company Easthill. When you get there, you’ll discover that all of the soldiers are dead, and on one of them you’ll find a diary that will mention “growls everywhere.” After that, you’ll be attacked by a dozen wolves, followed by a “red” bear.

You won’t find much in the way of loot on the animals or the dead soldiers (unless you were pining for some extra Wolf Pelts), but when you return to any of the chanter’s board representatives (in Lothering, Redcliffe, or the Denerim Market District), you’ll receive 3 sovereigns and 175 xp.
