Background

You’ll receive this quest from Grosso the Tailor in Praios Square in Ferdok (#1).

Walkthrough

Grosso will tell you that he dropped his lucky worry stone into the sewers, and he’ll ask you to retrieve it. “I don’t dare go down there myself. Who knows what misfortune might befall me!” You’ll find the gate to the sewers right next to Grosso (Exit A). The door will be labeled Beneath Ferdok.

When you enter the sewer, a wolf rat will grab the worry stone and run away from you — at least according to your quest log. It’s possible that you won’t notice the rat at all. But you’ll receive 10 experience points for the encounter either way.

Surprisingly, you won’t encounter much of anything while you’re in the sewer, at least until you get to the end (#2). At that point six wolf rats will attack you (four from the front and two from behind). If you have a full party, then this battle shouldn’t cause any problems. When the main wolf rat dies, you’ll automatically pick up the Tailor’s Worry Stone, and you’ll also receive 10 experience points.

As you make your way out of the sewer, six more wolf rats will attack you (#3), but again, you should be able to handle the battles easily. Then when you finally make it back to Grosso (#1), he’ll reward you with 2 thalers, and you’ll also receive 5 experience points. “May your destiny never be to trip over a chicken and lose something important!”
