You’ll trigger this quest when you pick up the Yellow Fluid in Grazima’s Storage (#1) during the quest The Plague of Lice.

Walkthrough

To learn more about the fluid, you’ll need to take it to Lugosh in the temple (#2). He’ll recognize it as Lice Bait, an essence that is typically only manufactured and used in the Khom Desert. For learning about the liquid, you’ll receive 60 experience points.
