1 – Secret Door

You can open this door by clicking on the nearby brick.

3 – Familiar Surgeon

You’ll need to kill the surgeon for the primary quest The Familiars.

4 – Drianjul

Killing the surgeon (#3) will allow you to rescue Drianjul.
