Where to Find Nomadic Merchant’s Chapeau

You get it in the area past Mohg, the Omen in the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds. This area is accessible after defeating Morgott, the Omen King in Leyndell, Royal Capital. The item itself will be inside of a tent that can only be broken by the nearby enemy’s frenzied attacks.
