Where to Find the Snow Witch Skirt

You can get this item by following Ranni’s questline and acquiring the Cursemark of Death — doing so will open Renna’s Rise (see walkthrough for details). Climb the ladder in Renna’s Rise and then look across the tower, where a chest contains the Snow Witch set.
