  • Illusory Wall (#9)

Overview

1 – Holding Cells

You’ll need to pull the levers in the center of the room to enter the cells. Inside you’ll encounter a pair of Bloodsippers but you’ll also find two skeletons with random loot.

2 – Locked Door

You’ll need to pick the lock to open this door.

3 – Closed Gate

To open the gate, you’ll need to pull the lever right next to it.

4 – Dresser / Inner Sanctum Door

Inside the dresser here (#4) you’ll find a Security Key, which will allow you to open the inner sanctum door in the back of the crypt (#4a).

5 – Locked Door

You’ll need to pick the lock to open this door.

6 – Weapon Rack

Inside this rack you’ll find a Steel Battle Axe.

7 – Cabinet

Inside this cabinet you’ll find a Chainmail Coif, a Tin Ring, and 40 gp.

8 – Hesham

Hesham will give you a side quest.

9 – Illusory Wall

You won’t need the Spot Hidden skill for this wall. You’ll just be able to walk right through it.

10 – Cabinet

Inside this cabinet you’ll find the book Secrets of Transference Circuits (which you’ll need for Abygale’s side quest in South Parish), plus more.

11 – Closed Gate

To open this gate, you’ll need to pull the lever on its eastern side.

12 – Closed Gates

To open these gates, you’ll need to pull the lever in the room right before them.

13 – Closed Gate

To open this gate, you’ll need to pull the lever right next to it.

14 – Sarcophagus

When you open the sarcophagus here, three Fanged Salamanders will jump out and attack you.

15 – Noximanders

You’ll encounter a pair of Noximanders in this part of the crypt.

16 – Closed Gate

To open this gate, you’ll need to pull the lever just to the north.

17 – Closed Gates

To open these gates, you’ll need to step onto the pressure plate in the center of the room. But be prepared! When the gates open, two tough Walking Corpses will attack you, and the entrance gate (#16) will close.

18 – Gated Hallway

To open the first gate, you’ll need to pull the lever on the western side. Then as you walk through the hallway, gates will open for you to walk through but then close behind you. That is, you should only use this hallway when you’re ready to exit the crypt.

19 – Lever / Closed Gate

When you pull the lever here (#19), you’ll open the gate to the west (#19a).

20 – Burial Chamber

If you loot all of the coffins and sarcophagi in this chamber, then you’ll find an Amulet of Accuracy, some Ash, a Small Ruby, a Strange Amulet (needed for the main quest Strange Amulet), and more.
