Walkthrough

To locate The Underground Repository, you’ll need to travel to the town of Blackwater in the Blackwater Region. Nobody in the town will mention the repository, but inside a locked room (#1) you’ll find a corpse with a Bloodstained Note. The note will explain how to access the repository — you’ll need to tell the innkeeper (#2) that your name is “Foozgrumph” (which will earn you 150 xp), and then when he shows you to your room, you’ll need to head through the illusory wall to the north. This will take you to the path leading to the repository (Exit A).

Note: To exit the room with the illusory wall, you’ll need to pull the lever near the “door.”

Another Note: You can open up the room with the Bloodstained Note using a Thin Key, which you’ll find in a secret room in Blackwater (#3). To reach the secret room, you’ll need to activate the urn in the room next to it.

Inside The Underground Repository, you’ll need to make your way over to Security Box 26 (#4). Assuming you have Amulet Passkey 26 with you, you’ll just need to pull the lever next to the vault to open it up. Inside you’ll find a chest containing a 3rd Sealed Note and the Crux of Ages. Pulling the lever will complete this quest and earn you 500 xp, and reading the note will trigger the next main quest Vela.

Note: After completing this quest, you’ll no longer need to carry around Amulet Passkey 26.
