You won’t be able to use this entrance. You’ll have to circle around to the back entrance (Exit A) instead.

You’ll either need to pick a Level 9 lock to get in, or you’ll need a Hammerlorne Key (which you’ll receive during the main quest The Crux of Fire: A Meeting with Sparrow).
