You’ll receive this quest at the start of the game.

Walktrhough

For this quest all you’ll need to do is find a town. Conveniently, after exploring Weeping Mountain, you’ll end up right in front of Rockhammer, and when you enter the town you’ll complete the quest and earn 200 xp.
