Thieves Guild And Dark Brotherhood

It’s no secret that Elder Scrolls Online players have been clamoring for the inclusion of the Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood — arguably the two most popular factions in all of Elder Scrolls lore. Fans of the MMORPG will now finally get their wish.

The Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood will be released separately in its own DLC expansion. Specifics weren’t shared during the QuakeCon panel, and at this point fans don’t know which faction will make its debut first.

DLC Release Schedule

ZOS also explained DLC expansions would be released for The Elder Scrolls Online on a quarterly basis. This again is good news for fans, helping to address concerns that the company wasn’t releasing new game content fast enough.

As it stands now, this is the DLC release schedule for The Elder Scrolls Online:
DLC Expansion, Release Date

Imperial City, August 31 (PC); September 15 (Console)

Orsinium, Q4 2015

Thieves Guild | Dark Brotherhood, *Q1 |Q2 2016
*Again, ZOS hasn’t revealed which DLC will release first in 2016.

Pricing

Pricing for the Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood isn’t known at this time. However, if pricing is consistent with the upcoming Imperial City expansion, the cost should be around 2,500 crowns (roughly $20 USD). Also, ESO Plus members will have access to both expansions for free (click here to learn more about ESO Plus membership).
