In this encounter you’ll meet several civilians holding a bazaar. None of the civilians will offer anything interesting, except for one who will sell you a Devilthorn Jacket, a “unique” piece of armor that requires 75 strength. The jacket is a reference to Diablo, and the bazaar is a reference to most MMORPGs.
