Merchant – Fallout Tactics Encounter

As the encounter name implies, you’ll meet a merchant here. The merchant will have a nice assortment of goods: a PPK12 Gauss Pistol, a 7.62 FN fal, an H&K CAWS, four Dynamite Spears, and a few books. If you have a capable thief with you, then you can also rob the raiders who are guarding the merchant. On most of them you’ll find a Pancor Jackhammers and 12 ga. Shotgun Shells.
