Perks – Fallout

Every three levels (by default), you can add a Perk to your character. These Perks give substantial bonuses, covering everything from upgrading your fighting effectiveness to improving your skills to just doing something strange, like allying yourself to a Mysterious Stranger who sometimes helps you in combat.
