Mission Overview

“I can’t help but shake the feelin’ that I’ve seen this all before!”

This mission is almost identical to the previous one. The layout of the base is the same, the enemies are the same, and even the canisters are the same (except for the addition of an experience canister in the southeastern corner). There are only two real differences. The first difference is that you’ll find six temporal amplifiers (#5) scattered around the base. You’ll need to destroy all six before entering the room with Time Master (#2).

The second difference is the final battle. This time when you enter the room, the time gates will disappear, and you won’t have to fend off an unending stream of enemies. Instead, you’ll only have to defeat the enemies that start in the room, plus Blitzkrieg himself.

Blitzkrieg has a variety of mental attacks, and he’ll do things like cause your heroes to become enraged or panicked. The best thing to do is right away possess him (if you have Tombstone) or polymorph him in some way (if you have Green Genie). Or try both, just in case he resists one. Then defeat the other enemies in the room, so you can give Blitzkrieg your full attention when he returns to himself.

Blitzkrieg can block most types of damage, but with four heroes against him, you should be able to get enough damage through to eventually defeat him. Once you’ve knocked Blitzkrieg out, the mission will end.
