Madam Kogawa’s Assignment 2 – Hogwarts Legacy Quest

Madam Kogawa thinks you are ready to learn, Arresto Momentum, the slowing charm. This time, the spell actually does have some lore significance with flying, so it makes sense why she would teach you it. You’re probably wondering if you will be popping balloons again. Yes, yes you will. Don’t worry, we have the locations of all of them to make the process easy.

Practice Flying Near the Spires

In order to fly to this location as quickly as possible, first fast travel to the Lower Hogsfield Floo Flame Location. After that, make sure you’re tracking the quest and jump on your broom. The Spires are rock formations southwest of Hogsfield. As you approach them, you will see the first balloon. Unlike the first assignment you did for Madam Kogawa, these balloons will be situated in a line with boosts in between them. This makes it pretty easy to find all the balloons.

Practice Flying Near Keenbridge Tower

For the next part, fast travel to the Keenbridge Floo Flame Location. You will see the first balloon in the air next to an old, weathered castle to the southeast of the Floo Flame. Once again, these balloons are in a row. Run these balloons through with your broom and you can return to Madam Kogawa.

Return to Madam Kogawa

Like the first assignment, after popping all the balloons, the quest will tell you to return to Madam Kogawa. You can fast travel directly to her office by going to the Flying Class Lawn Floo Flame. After speaking with her and completing the mini-game, the quest will end, and you’ll be rewarded with the Arresto Momentum charm.
