Reward: The title of “Champion of the Arena of Death” in Reha

Pre-req: K’Sar’s Memory. This quest is a pre-requisite to getting in the cave to fight K’Tahu. You’ll learn that when speaking with the Arena Warden who gives it.

1 – Arena Warden

To get to the warden, there’s a path starting on the west side of the island over a couple bridges and up some stairs. Speak with the Arena Warden when you are on the quest Downfall of K’Tahu and you’ll get this one. Tell him you’re ready, give yourself a name, then first fight Ziraks (where you’re surrounded), and then Harrum (again surrounded). When you’ve defeated both you become the Champion of the Arena of Death and are allowed to enter the cave to face K’Tahu, a tough boss.
