Contract for Crazy Miner.

1 – Wheel Workshop

Speak with proprietor at the Wheel Workshop and accept the contract for Crazy Miner. Then proceed up the stairs at #2.

2 – Exit to Montero

When you emerge in Montero, head to nearby #3 to face Crazy Miner.

3 – Crazy Miner

As it happens he is guarding the obelisk of lightning for a different quest, the Power of the Three Kings. When he’s defeated, you’ll collect your reward!
