Speak with Fasmodey and accept his quest. Then head to the architect Multsidar at #2.

2 – House of Multsidar

Ask Multsidar about Fasmodey’s plight, head back to Fasmodey, then back to Multsidar and tell him that Fasmodey’s gone to complete the quest.
