Will take you to Tekron, but this is an easy quest worth doing earlier and avoiding combat.

1 – House of Wisdom, Old Bobur

Speak with Bobur and accept his quest, then head to Tekron to Robstein’s Jewelery Shop at #2.

2 – Robstein’s Jewelry Shop

Robstein asks for 4 magic crystals, but tell him “that’s enough” and he’ll give you the glasses. Now return to Old Bobur and you’ll be finished!
