In Montero Dungeon, this is a contract for Necromancer Mesmer. Before you complete this, it’s advisable that you speak with Mesmer first and accept his own quest, The Terrible Study of Necromancy.

1 – Manufacturing Facility, Manufacturer Vargon

Speak with the Vargon and accept his contract. Proceed to Castle Olum at #2.

2 – Montero Dungeon Entrance

Speak first with Mesmer and accept his quest The Terrible Study of Necromancy. Complete that quest, then if you wish, you can convert dwarves to undead (I’m just the writer), or complete this contract once and for all. Once he’s defeated, you’ll get your reward.
