Portal into Ultrax to kill some dragons.

1 – Blacksmith Hephaestus

Speak with the Blacksmith and accept his quest. Then head to the architect Multsidar at #2.

2 – House of Multsidar

Ask Multsidar to open a portal to Ultrax, pay the 10k gold and he’ll auto-teleport you inside. Now kill 10 dragons, get the shackle demolisher, and return to Hephaestus for your reward!
