Easy quest (once you have the map to Elon) that takes you to a tavern there, and back again.

1 – Barrel of Rum Tavern, Barney Tortuga

Speak with Barney and agree to go to Elon for an antidote. When you’ve open the Elon map, head there to #2 right near where your boat enters.

2 – Healthy Spirit Tavern

Ask the owner about the swill antidote for Tortuga, and then return to him when it’s given for your rather generous reward.
