Squad Members – Mass Effect

Welcome to our Mass Effect squad members section!

It will lead you to the detailed bios for your squad members in Mass Effect, including your protagonist – Commander Shepard. If you’re looking to put together a well-rounded team, you’ve come to the right place.

Commander Shepard

Our intergalactic hero, the first human Spectre, and the premier critic of stores on the Citadel, Commander Shepard comes with a number of unique talents, and some special rewards for pursuing either the Paragon or the Renegade dialogue route.

Ashley Williams

A human Soldier coming from a long line of military personnel, Ashley Williams is the “old reliable” among the game’s companions. If you need someone sturdy who can deal a lot of damage – preferably aimed at some pesky aliens – she’s your gal.

Garrus Vakarian

A turian agent with a propensity for calibrating ship engines, Garrus Vakarian is a lawman with a strong sense of honor. In combat, he combines plenty of long-range offensive firepower with some handy tech support abilities.

Kaidan Alenko

A human Sentinel, Kaidan Alenko is your ultimate support companion. He brings a combination of tech and biotic abilities to the table. He pays for that by having little to no combat skills. You pay for it by having to listen to him complaining about his headaches all the time.

Liara T’Soni

An asari scientist, Liara T’Soni is an Adept – a class specializing in biotic talents. Which essentially makes her a space wizard. The value of someone like that to a team is self-explanatory. Liara further boosts that value by being closely connected to one of the game’s villains.

Tali’Zorah nar Rayya

As a quarrian machinist, Tali’Zorah nar Rayya is your team’s chief engineer. She’s shrouded in mystery, and a space suit she refuses to take off until the sequel. If you’re looking for some reliable tech support and a deeper understanding of the game’s Geth conflict, Tali can help you with both.

Urdnot Wrex

A krogan battlemaster, Urdnot Wrex is large, tough, and carries a big gun. He combines some impressive close-range firepower with a suite of biotic talents making him a great tank. He’s also your gateway to a closer understanding of the krogan culture.
