The slightest bit belated, here is this week’s Dark Age of Camelot Grab Bag Q&A.

Q. I’ve been told conflicting answers to a long held question about Vampiir’s self haste buff and Warden’s celerity. I have been told that they do stack and I have been told that they don’t stack. I played Warden’s celerity with the Vampiir self haste buff. If the 2 spells do stack I have not seen any difference in swing speed. Can you possibly clear this up? I would like to know if they stack and what the results are supposed to be. Thanks.

A. After some investigating, The Equalizer says: These two abilities will, and do, stack when used. However, the faster you are swinging before these effects are applied to you, the less effect these will appear to have, but they are both affecting the character.
