As it nears its September 15, 2017 release date, we get more and more tidbits about Dishonored: Death of the Outsider. The latest one is a video that showcases the assassin arsenal at Billie Lurk’s disposal and offers some insights into the series’ occult lore. Here’s Arkane Studios’ creative director Harvey Smith talking about Billie’s powers, how she got them, and how they will differ from what we’ve previously seen in the Dishonored games:
