Doug Avery Interview

ComputerAndVideoGames.com was given the chance to ask several questions of Black Isle Studios’ Doug Avery about the upcoming Icewind Dale II. A snippet:

Q: Will there be characters in the sequel that appeared in the original game? If so, which ones can we expect to see?

A: Yes, there are actually quite a few characters making return appearances. You will get to meet up with Oswald Fiddlebender, the gnomish airship pilot and little Nate from Kuldahar has grown up. We tried to include characters that people familiar with the first game would recognize. We also made certain that those that haven’t played the original games understand who these characters are and why they are important.
