Fable II Reviews

Just in case you haven’t yet decided whether or not to pick up a copy of Fable II, there are three more reviews to help sway your decision. The first is at 411mania with a score of 9.1/10:

If you enjoyed the original Fable, you’ll love Fable 2. The game’s visuals, gameplay mechanics, story and multiplayer combine to make a game that I really liked and will keep in my personal collection. After I finished the game, my wife told me she was bummed out that I wouldn’t be playing again. I told her that is not the case, because as with the original while the main game’s story may be over, the story of your hero is not.

The second is at Gamers’ Creed with a score of 4/5:

Fable II is a fun, light-spirited game. It may bore hardcore gamers, but it’s probably a great introduction to FRPGs for the uninitiated.

And the third is at Loading Reality with a score of 7.0/10:

Fable II is overall a good game. It is not GOTY material, but deserves a look just the same. In some aspects, Fable II is what Fable I should have been. People looking at Fable II should rent it first before shelling out sixty dollars on it. Otherwise, Fable II is another mild success from Lionhead.
