Hero Online Beta Q&A

RPG Vault has conjured up a two-page Q&A with Netgame’s Jack Stanley about the conclusion of their North American closed beta test for Hero Online.

Q: Looking to the open beta stage, how long will it be, and how many people are you expecting? What are your goals this time, and what will be new or more fully implemented?

A: The open beta will last for approximately one month while we test more of the elements of Hero Online. As far as how many players we expect, the only thing I can say is… definitely more than the closed. ^_^ As I mentioned briefly, the objective of our open beta is, once again, to test several of our new systems and see how they hold up as far as bugs and user opinions are concerned.

This phase will also give some of our GMs a chance to flex their figurative muscles by holding several official events – including some where they turn into monsters or host PvP tournaments. Many more systems will available in open beta, which will be announced on the website in the coming days.
