Interplay vs. Bethesda, Continued

The Interplay vs. Bethesda legal case doesn’t seem to be any closer to a resolution, even after Bethesda’s second request for a preliminary injunction got denied, as The Vault and No Mutants Allowed both report that they have appealed to the court again:
