Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning Video Interview

Reckoning lead designer Ken Rolston briefly talks about character advancement, narrative, exploration, and combat in a new two-and-a-half-minute video interview over at IGN. The way he talks about wanting “combat inspired by the experience of action gaming” without taking the game out of the RPG genre is good to hear – as long as that statement matches the final product.
