Might and Magic: World of Xeen – Matt Chat

Having started back in 1986 with Secret of the Inner Sanctum, and with Legacy, its tenth entry, released back in 2014, the Might and Magic series can be easily separated into four distinct ages – the first two games, games three to five, six to nine, and ten.

And while a lot of people tend to enjoy the first few games of the VI-IX era, I personally prefer games III-V, with Might and Magic III: Isles of Terra being my favorite. So though Isles of Terra is as good a place as any to start your Might and Magic journey, Might and Magic: World of Xeen, a grand experiment that combines Clouds of Xeen and Darkside of Xeen into one giant game, can also be considered a great starting point if you want to get into the series.
