Monster Hunter: World – Assassin’s Creed Collaboration

Last month, Capcom announced an unusual crossover event between their co-operative action-RPG Monster Hunter: World and CD Projekt RED’s The Witcher RPG series. And according to this Twitter announcement, while you’re waiting for Geralt of Rivia to make an appearance in Monster Hunter: World, you can participate in another promotional event, one that brings some Assassin’s Creed-inspired content to the game.

Available through January 10, 2019 for those of you with a PlayStation 4 or Xbox One, this new event introduces a new event quest and some new items, including the special “Assassin’s Hood” mantle. Here’s the official collaboration trailer:

Fight against a group of nimble, fierce, and impetuous monsters to earn Senu’s Feather. Don the Bayek Layered Armor and the specialized tool Assassin’s Hood, and maybe you’ll get a taste of the Assassin life from Assassin’s Creed. #MHWorld

Available now through January 10th, 2019 on Monster Hunter: World (PS4 and Xbox One). Coming to PC at a later date.
