Job Description and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a super-talented Lead Artist for our upcoming undisclosed title.

DUTIES:
‘¢ Works closely with the Art Director to develop concept artwork that defines the overall look and art style
‘¢ Create character and environmental concepts
‘¢ Sets an example for all team members by regularly demonstrating strong work ethics, quality of work, teamwork, motivation, and solid leadership
‘¢ Provides input on tasks and completion times for the art team
‘¢ Contributes ground-breaking and original ideas towards all aspects of game art and production
‘¢ Participates in artistic planning for new content

Requirements:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
‘¢ 4+ years working as an Artist, Lead Artist, Creative Manager, Concept Artist, Artistic Designer
‘¢ Strong portfolio (Specifically 2D concept and commercial art)
‘¢ Passion for video games
‘¢ Strong capability to multitask and prioritize
‘¢ Understands the user experience
‘¢ Professional demeanor; team player
‘¢ Hands on, energetic and motivated
‘¢ Ability to work effectively within deadlines
‘¢ Strong interpersonal, problem solving and analytical abilities
‘¢ Strong written and oral communications skills
‘¢ Ability to interface with internal and external development teams
‘¢ Proficiency in the following software: Photoshop, Max/Maya, Softimage XSI, Visio and Microsoft Office
‘¢ Good analytical and production skills
‘¢ Knowledge of game production pipeline
‘¢ Outstanding attention to detail and ability to create sketches and communicate those to teams
‘¢ Excellent communication skills
