Solasta: Crown of the Magister Update – NPC Design Contest and Winter Survey

If you’d like to have an NPC of your design to appear in Tactical Adventures’ upcoming CRPG Solasta: Crown of the Magister, you should head on over to the game’s latest Kickstarter update where you can find all you need to know in order to make that a reality. Then, you can also participate in a community survey that consists of a number of fairly basic questions.

Finally, the update also shares some sample icons and animations, but we already had an opportunity to check them out earlier. Here’s an excerpt:

Hello there folks!

I sure hope you all had some wonderful time over the winter festivities, rolling dice and singing merry songs to ward the TPK away. Now, Santa may have already returned to his icy lair, but the Tactical Adventures crew is here all year long.

Community Contest – Design the Mayor of Caer Cyflen

Did you ever wish for a character you created to appear in a game? Well you’re in luck! January’s Vote will be a design contest – one where YOU will be creating the mayor of Caer Cyflen, the main city of our upcoming game. Now don’t panic, you will need nothing but a pen (or a keyboard) and your imagination for this contest. We will not be asking you to illustrate your submission (unless you want to), only to create the mayor as if he was a character for your next tabletop campaign!

Interested? Head over to this thread to read the rules and get your creative juice rolling! But don’t wait too long, for the submission period closes on February 3rd! After that the voting will start, and you’ll be able to choose the final winner among our own selection of Mayor Candidates.

Winter Survey is live!

Want to help us make the Solasta a better game for you? You just need to answer this short Winter Survey, such as telling us which additional languages you’d like the game to be localized in!
