Square Enix Trademarks Deus Ex: Human Defiance, Human Revolution Sequel in the Works?

A keen-eyed user of NeoGAF has spotted a new trademark application by Square Enix, for a certain “Deus Ex: Human Defiance”, and going from the title scheme I’m expecting this to be a sequel to Eidos Montreal’s prequel title Deus Ex: Human Revolution, which enjoyed good sales and a fairly good critical reception. That said, nothing is set in stone for now, and this might as well be a spin-off or something else entirely.
