SWG: Rage of the Wookiees Interview

WorthPlaying has published an interview with LucasArts producer Julio Torres, focusing their questions on the upcoming features in Star Wars Galaxies: Rage of the Wookiees. Here’s a little something to start you off:

Q: What advantages will I have with the cybernetic parts?

A: The implants will have various combat-related uses: some will be better for Melee professions, others will be better for Ranged professions. Installing them will give you some statistical enhancements as well as a special combat move or two. And you’ll be able to revert to your biological limbs at any time.

Another thing to note is that cybernetics will replace armor altogether for that particular area of the body so a savvy player will have to decide which to use. The trade-offs will be interesting, so you’ll have to decide between giving up a few points of armor in return for a special burst-run ability or a power attack.
