The Witcher: Rise of the White Wolf Dev Profile #1

CD Projekt has begun a new series of developer profile entries on the official IGN-hosted blog for The Witcher. In the first entry, we’re introduced to designer Mateusz Kanik:

On the TW: RotWW team I deal with. among other things designing new combat system and gameplay, conceptual work with GUI (graphical user interface) and balancing the game.

The most difficult part of a developer’s job is. to meet the expectations of the players, who have very diverse tastes and expectations. Sometimes it’s hard to find the perfect balance.

The Witcher on consoles will be excellent because. it can’t possibly be any different!
