Warhammer Online’s Goal ‘is not to kick WoW’s arse’

PC Zone UK put a few extracts from an interview with Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning’s product manager Attaba Rahim online. This bit strikes the eye:

“…our goal is not to kick WoW’s arse but to deliver the best MMO ever. With Warhammer Online, we will bring new, fresh, funny things that players will embrace (we hope)”, Attaba Rahim explained in an interview hitting the site shortly.

“We want our game appealing for different kinds of players – if we have this success, it will be more interesting than kicking WoW or whatever MMO competitors’ arse”, Rahim added.

Wouldn’t being the best MMO ever kick Warcraft’s ass transitively, though?
