World of Warcraft Takes Home A Few More Awards

Voodoo Extreme has given Blizzard’s World of Warcraft a place in their “PC Game of the Year” awards. The game received recognition for “Best Massively Multiplayer Game”, “Best Audio”, and second place in their “Overall” category. A snip from the latter:

Considering we’re a mostly action oriented site, World of WarCraft at number 2 is a shocker. It just goes to show how good the game is by drawing in our usually crusty FPS biased audience. Blizzard titles do have a unique universal appeal to our readers, so we shouldn’t really be too surprised; should we?
