Where to Find Meteorite Fragments – Palworld

The Sakurajima update not only added new Pals to catch, but new materials to gather as well. The most elusive are Meteorite Fragments — they are quite literally not of this world, so they aren’t simply waiting around to be gathered like other materials. In this guide, we will go over where to find Meteorite Fragments.

Where to Find Meteorite Fragments

Unlike other materials, like Ore, there aren’t Meteorite Clusters simply waiting to be mined. Instead, you need to… well, wait for them to fall from the sky and come to you.

Meteorite Falling Events

  • While exploring the world, every once in a while you will see an alert that a Meteorite is falling — the alert will basically look like what happens when your base gets invaded.
  • After a few moments, it will fall, and there will be a new indicator on the map showing where it landed, meaning you won’t have to worry about tracking it from the sky.
  • Once you reach the Meteorite, you will find some Pals that came with it (likely fighting either other Pals or humans), as well as a good amount of Fragments on the ground. First, take care of the Pals.
  • Now you can pick up all of the scattered Meteorite Fragments, then then, you can mine the fallen Meteorite itself to get the rest of the Fragments. After it’s fully mined, the marker will be gone from your map.

Not only will the Meteorite bring Fragments, but it will also bring Pals from another world

Luckily, while Meteorite Fragments can be hard to find, they aren’t needed for much outside of making saddles for the most recent Pals. If you do want to ride some of the newest Pals you catch though, keep an eye out for any falling Meteorites!

I'm a huge gamer who especially loves the Final Fantasy series. I will play just about any game, especially if it has anything resembling a Dragoon.
