Where to Find Skin Pouches

Skin pouches can be found sporadically when killing cannibals. They have the same icon as the emergency kit you pick up at the start of the game. These are quite valuable as they can provide useful resources to help the player survive. They are also a good way to overstock your inventory, for example if you are full on meds, then you can carry more because there might be some inside your skin pouches.
